Green Energy Resources to Introduce European Mobile Wood Pelletizer to U.S; GRGR Plans Massive Inventory Build Up to Meet Europe

NEW YORK, NY -- (MARKET WIRE) -- 08/16/07 -- Green Energy Resources (PINKSHEETS: GRGR) seeks to introduce the first mobile wood biomasse pelletizer into the United States from Europe in 2007 or 2008. The mobile pelletizer is in testing phase in Denmark. The pelletizer will revolutionize the renewable energy industry by producing a cheaper product that's readily transportable from remote or on-site locations. The pelletizer transforms a cheap and bulky commodity into a high value-added product that does not require traditional brick and mortar operations and Is not limited to a narrow supply radius. Pellets are heavily used in Europe for commercial power-generating stations to mix with coal for co-firing to reduce carbon emissions. In the United States, pellets are sold primarily retail for use in wood-burning stoves. The hurricane season is underway in the United States, and the pelletizer could be employed to transform millions of tons of storm damaged wood into a high-grade commodity.

GRGR plans to aggressively increase its inventory of wood biomasse this hurricane storm season. The decision was made in part to capitalize on the mobile wood pelletizer for the upcoming heating season beginning this fall. The inventory will increase Green Energy's assets and bottom line in 2007. An auditable inventory is now available to Green Energy Resources for the first time ever using its own UTCS software tracking system (info at www.utcs.com). To date, the inability to accurately count storm-damaged wood prevented GRGR from providing accurate audits and proceeding with a planned move to the London AIM market this past year. Green Energy Resources resolved the problem through development of its own software program and plans to move to an established board as soon as possible.

In other news, shipments to buyers in England are anticipated to get underway this fall and accelerate in 2008. Green Energy Resources has received 3 separate Letters of Intent (LOIs) dating back to 2005 for planned projects in the UK. Other shipments to Europe are already underway.

Green Energy Resources issued a 5% stock dividend in 2006, has no debt and has not raised any public money to date. Green Energy Resources has targeted a 20% market share of the European wood biomasse imports by 2011.
